This website is operated by 97 Art and Ideas. In the entire website , terms “we “, “us”, “our”, and “I”  are references to “97 Arts and Ideas” You the “buyer”, “patron” ,”user”  , have agreed to all terms and conditions, policies and notice is stated here. Artworks may also be referred to as “works” or ‘objects” or “panels”.and “paintings”.
Artworks listed on the website may be sold or in the process of being sold therefore may not be available immediately. Artworks are exclusive and unique they are not available in copies and may be mentioned separately if available in print.

 

The Site offers Users a service allowing them to consult the catalogue of the various artworks offered for sale by the artists registered through the Site.

 

Product

 

We are not obliged to provide any physical preview of the artwork during the process, before or after the sale. The product is handmade, therefore may consist of small flaws and irregularities that are not correctable. As some of our artworks have no specific artist and are often made by families or communities of India, we will not be able to certify the provenance of the artwork. 97 Art and Ideas will certify the authentic style and region of purchase, along with date and size. Some paintings are  framed and care should be taken to check the frame while purchasing. If extra glass, or arylic or any substitute material is needed , please enquire via email on 97artandideas@mail.com

 

Payment

 

All information submitted by the buyer to facilitate a sale is not the responsibility of 97 Art and Ideas and we have no access to such information.

Purchase in Currency other than Indian Rupees (INR) will be calculated as per the current rate issued by RBI. All foreign currency exchange rates for any purpose shall be as per RBI rules.

 

Shipping

 

The product will be packed and shipped to the best of our abilities. However, 97 Art and Ideas is not liable for any damage while shipping and transportation. Please request extra insurance in advance, we will be happy to oblige.

 

Customs

The buyer is liable for any customs duties that the receiving country might implicate. Invoicing will be done only under name supplied in the form duly filled by the patron. Placing an order on www.97artandideas.com constitutes and every possible acceptance of the purchase unless it is communicated under the returns policy.

 

 

REFUND AND RETURN

All artworks are precious to us therefore we request the return should be initiated within two working days of receipt and received by us within 15 days, we request you to give us at least two working days to evaluate and inspect the returned artwork. The refund will be processed after you receive a confirmation from us.
If the said returned artwork is approved by us, the buyer will have to incure the following
• Cost of shipping.
• Paypal fees.
• Return shipping  cost .
• 10% processing fees.
The paintings are fragile and irreplaceable we understand that these are not perfect, as they are handmade, one – of – a kind therefore cannot be replaced with the same. To ensure that the artwork is not a disappointment, we request that the details of it are inspected with utmost care so that you may avoid unnecessary expense of effort and money.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

97 Art and Ideas is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights on both the development of the Site and its content, unless expressly mentioned otherwise. The Site, brands, drawings and models, images, texts, photos, logos, graphic charters, software and programmes, search engines, databases, sounds, videos, domain names, design and any other content available on the Site, although this list is not exhaustive, are the exclusive property of 97 Art and Ideas and are protected by the provisions of law and any other right of intellectual or industrial property in force.

The User must seek the prior approval of 97 Art and Ideas for any reproduction, publication, copy of the various contents from the Site. Any full or partial reproduction, by any process whatsoever, of the content of the Site without the prior authorisation shall be treated as fraudulent and will imply strict lawful action. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose including copyright laws. You must agree not to transmit any worms, codes of viruses of destructive nature through this site.
